Gastronomic Clinics
Description of the activity: A Clinic consists on spending a full day learning the techniques of a specific cook with a skilled professional. the professional will give a theorical class where the group will learn the basic principales of Sushi, Chocolate or Cocktails. A perfect occasion to immerse yourself in the art of cooking and practice everything the Chef or Cocktail Professional will teach you.
Goals: develop the abilities of each member of the group, establish acting links between the cuisine and the daily work, live a fun and training day.
Benefits: decision making, teambuilding, fun, communication.
How do we do it?
– Encounter with the client at the reception of the hoel and transfer to the chosen location to do the theorical class (in the hotel or it is possible to arrange another place depending on the group situation).
– We will go to the restaurant or location that every Clinic requires (ask for more information).

Sushi, Chocolate, Cocktails
Duration of the activity: normally, a full day of 6-7 hours, but we can consider adapting the clinic to the client's agenda (request more information).
