Rescue your team

Description of the activity: You have to build a raft and check its buoyancy in the water! Before that, you should find part of the needed materials in a dynamic Treasure Hunt.

You must be very well organised and focused to be the first ones building your raft and making it float properly with all the team on top of it.

Goals: encouraging the team work; overcoming new challenges; provide dynamism to the realtionships.

How do we do it?

– Encounter with the client at the reception of the hotel, transfer to the chose location (beach).

– Team building.

– Part I- Treasure Hunt: each team will have to overcome different challenges to get some of the materials needed to build the raft.

– Part II- Raft building: each team has some basic material and the material from part I in order to build the raft. It is important to follow instructions from the leader and not to make any calculation mistakes!

– Part III- Buoyancy test: once the raft is built, each team will take their raft and put it in the sea. The whole team goes on top of it and we check its buoyancy.

– We will proclaim the winner depending on the fulfilment of parts I and II.

Duration of the activity: +/- 2 hours (possibility of adaptation upon the client's needs)
Location: Beach of the chosen destination.
