Paella Contest
Description of the activity: You will be wearing chef's hats and aprons and we will be ready to start the contest for the best Xató and Paella. This will take place by the sea of the beautiful beach Playa de la Balmins, inside a lovely restaurant. Laughters will be assured in such a great occasion to measure values such as comradeship, leadership and goals management.
Goals: Promote the company values in a relaxed atmosphere, motivating the interdepartmental relationships within the company.

How do we do it?
– Meeting and welcome with the client.
– We make teams and distribute them in the different work areas.
– The participants have their chef's hats and aprons with the logo of the company.
– Once they are in their work areas, they will find all the required ingredients to make a Xató and a Paella. Our guides will advise and guide your teams all the time.
– During the activity, the teams will enjoy a variety of "tapas" that the staff will provide.
– Each team seats at the table to enjoy their "masterpieces".
– Our Chef will be in charged of giving the points depending on the flavour, time and work team.
– The awards ceremony will take place during dessert.
Duration of the activity: +/-2,5 hours.
Location: agreements with different restaurants and/or locations.
